An instrumental version of a vintage Bob Marley tune. Always loved this tune, and the bassline in particular. Had to have a go. Like you do.
It was also a bit of an experiment in layering melodicas, treating them like a brass section. Hohner melodicas are notorious for vague tuning, so I ended up using the one melodica I've bothered tuning for all three parts. Tuned with a file, not software, by the way.
The melodica played on this track was a 42 year old Hohner Piano 32. I've got a nice 1958 Hohner Soprano here. I'll tune it and play that on the next recording. Just for you.
